Kickboxing is an action packed full body workout that combines martial arts, boxing and drills on and off the bag. Upbeat music and instruction sets the background as you kick, punch, block and move your body in each challenging and unique class. The kickboxing techniques used provide resistance training and cardiovascular benefits as you strengthen your muscles and improve your coordination. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced athlete alike! All levels are welcome!



WHY FREE WEIGHTS? Free weights help develop greater power, as compared to machines. Working out with free weights is a more efficient way to hit most fitness goals, including increasing strength and muscle size, changing body composition, and weight loss.
